DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK  Delivery

Standard delivery within 5 - 7 working days (UK) - FREE on orders over £50.

£4.95 on orders under £50. Standard delivery within 5-7 working days. Outer Hebrides may take longer.

Next Day delivery UK Mainland only - order before 12 midday Monday - Thursday) £7.95. - Delivery Restrictions: Due to geographical location, the following destinations may take a little longer to receive orders. For these regions, when Next Day delivery is selected, the courier will aim to deliver in two working days.

Unfortunately due to restrictions, we are unable to ship the following products: Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau Fraiche Cologne, Room Sprays and reed diffusers (except Pure Note) to addresses outside of Europe.

£51 - £100: £30.00

£101 - £199: £40.00

 Please note: we do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

We aim to get your order sent you as soon as possible; we make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched within 48 hours. Allow 7-10 working days for goods to be received after the date you place your order, and 14-18 days for orders outside of the UK. Certain destinations may take a little longer to reach you and may be subject to customs taxes or delays while going through customs. Unfortunately these are beyond our control and the recipient of the order will be responsible for these charges.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, or have any special delivery requirements please call our Customer Care Team on 01273 723 292 and we will do everything we can to meet your need (this may incur extra delivery charges).

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery Instructions

We want to make sure that your parcel arrives safely, so there are a few delivery requests that we can't commit to:

  • Leaving parcels over fences
  • Leaving parcels on doorsteps
  • Putting parcels through windows
  • Leaving parcels in bins/cupboards/wheelie bins
  • Leaving parcels exposed to the elements
  • Leaving parcels with neighbours is at the discretion of Royal Mail

Delivery Charges

 In cases where we are unable to deliver all of the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes, you will only be charged once for delivery.

 Please note, Pecksniff's cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside our control i.e. in cases of adverse weather conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pecksniff's Online Returns Policy & Procedure.

We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original conditiion together with proof of purchase for a refund within 14 working days from receipt of goods.

Pecksniff's is not responsible for covering the costs of returning the goods.

We understand that buying fragrance gifts can be tricky. If you have received a product as a gift that is not suitable for you, contact our Customer Care Team on 01273 723 292 or via e mail at enquiries@pecksniffs, and we will be delighted to offer an  exchange or gift vouchers to the same value of the goods. Please return all unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty/damaged goods

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damage in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care Team on 01273 723 292 or via e mail at enquiries@pecksniffs.com (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays).

Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of damaged goods.

All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to Pecksniffs for Quality Review.
